Our NYC Custom Facial
Your facial will be customized to your needs, whether you’re looking to clear up acne, look
younger, or just relax. Owner-esthetician, Christine, takes her time to personally cater to your
every need, in a relaxed an unhurried 75-90 minutes. (Of course, if you are in a hurry, let her
know so she can adjust timing).
Getting to Know You
Based on a discussion about your home skin care habits, lifestyle and diet, as well as a
thorough analysis of your skin, the right treatment, techniques and products will be combined to
achieve healthy and beautiful skin.
Products & Techniques
Specialized products such as collagen, serums, cleansers, exfolients, and masks, and
techniques such as steam, lyphatic draining, effleurage, and eye pressure point massage may
be incorporated to provide the ideal treatment suited to your needs, with no additional cost.
Acne & Pimples
Any impurities such as whiteheads, blackheads and milia will be expertly and patiently removed,
and the right products will be used to purify the skin and calm inflamation. High frequency may
be used to disinfect the skin after extractions.
Essential Oils & Crystals
Pure essential oils (Young Living) and an assortment of hand-selected crystals are optionally
incorporated for a more holistic experience nurturing both body and mind, further enhancing the
peaceful and serene atsmosphere of our studio.
Waxing
Waxing services are also provided, using specialized waxes depending on the area. Whether
you need your eyebrows cleaned up, a lip wax, or a brazillian, we offer a full suite of waxing
services. Waxing is done with the utmost care, attention and patience. Though appointments are
longer than most places, clients report less redness and/or soreness than they’re used to from
other places. Christine is very experienced in hair removal, formerly working at the famed
Completely Bare salon in NYC early in her career. References from existing clients available
upon request.
Atmosphere
The studio is a brightly lit south facing space with soaring high ceilings located in an architectural
landmark building built in the neo-Renaissance style by L. Cyrus Eidlitz in the late 1800’s, giving
a sense of grandeur and space, that is a unique change from the typical dark and claustrophic
spa rooms that are common in NYC.
Convenient Location
The location is also conveniently located in the Flatiron district steps from Madison Square Park,
Eataly and both Eastside and Westside subway lines.
